If you are having trouble with a cartridge that you purchased from Ink4art try running the head cleaning cycle two or three times before submitting this form. For HP and Lexmark cartridges, you can also try wiping the bottom of the cartridge where the ink comes out with warm water; then replace the cartridge in the machine and try running a few head cleaning cycles. If these suggestions do not get the cartridge to print properly please fill out this form and submit it.
